By accessing and using StoryMint Studio ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. StoryMint is a product designed to assist creators in generating children's books using artificial intelligence.
2. Use of Service
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activities that occur under your account.
- You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.
- You are responsible for all content generated and published through your account.
3. AI Content & Intellectual Property
StoryMint utilizes advanced AI models to generate text and images.
- User Ownership: Subject to your compliance with these terms and payment of applicable fees, you own the specific arrangement and final output of the stories you create.
- AI Limitations: You acknowledge that AI-generated content may sometimes be similar to other outputs or contain artifacts. StoryMint does not guarantee unique copyright for individual AI-generated elements in all jurisdictions.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use our AI to generate harmful, NSFW, or infringing content.
4. Payments and Refunds
StoryMint offers various subscription tiers (Starter, Creator, Pro). Payments are processed securely via PayPal.
- Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, we do not provide refunds for partial months.
- Quota limits (Edits/Stories) are refreshed every billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
StoryMint is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
